Very good on removal of spots and soil. On time and very polite. My carpet is quite slow to dry. Your serviceman left a high powered fan in place for 1.5 hr to help dry the carpet. If it had stayed longer I could have moved it to 2 other areas and everything would be dry by now. There still are a few areas not quite dry. I do have the AC and house fan running with humidity set near 0%.

The person who cleaned my carpet was on time, very nice and professional.

I have used Zerorez several times now and each time I have had someone new for carpet cleaning, etc. Every time, I have been more than pleased with the timing, the depth the men go to get the cleaning done, as well as having it done properly. They are efficient, do their cleaning at the best and are always polite and consistent and thorough. And, I am always grateful for their well done efforts.
