Luke House is a non-profit organization who serves Madison's hungry nine times a week. As you can imagine, the carpet was in quite a state. After Matthew was there, it looks brand new! My carpet had several large stains that I was certain I would have to replace it. Zeorrez was able to get them all out and my carpet looks amazing.

The technician was honest in his evaluation and did an excellent job. I appreciate the openness and was made aware that replacing the carpet may be the better option. We agreed to attempt the cleaning with full disclosure he would do his best, but the end result may not remove the majority of the stains.
The end result looks amazing and saved me from replacing carpet. I will continue to use Zerorez!

The service we received was wonderful. Everything looked nice after they were cleaned. We did notice how wet things were after though. It took several days for certain areas to dry. That was our only complaint.

My carpet looks really good. Tim was the name of the guy who cleaned my carpet and he did a awesome job. He was a very nice and explained everything he was going to do and why he needs to do it. So I would recommend this company they do great work. Thanks Tim!

I'm amazed on how wonderful my carpets look after they've been cleaned by Zerorez. I schedule a cleaning annually to keep my carpet warranty. My carpets don't look dirty prior to Zerorez coming but once they leave I can sure tell the difference from dirty to clean carpets.
