Scheduling on line was easy. The followup call to confirm and the phone call from the technician before arriving were appreciated.
The technician we had (Sam) was so very polite, accommodating and efficient. He explained everything about cleaning our carpet and he knew what he was talking about! Our carpet (which was old) came out looking great! We will definitely call Zeroez again for future cleaning needs.

The service was excellent! I had some serious carpet stains that I couldn’t remove. James from Zerorez did an outstanding job on the whole carpet and the stained areas looked 95% better when he was done. James did a great job describing the process they used and answered all my questions. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would happily recommend Zerorez to others.

I had Zerorez come in and clean two rugs and some spots in my bedroom. They’re also the spot in the closet but I’m not sure what it was that did not get removed. I did decide to have the carpet replaced and Sergenians said if Zerorez can’t get the spot out nobody can. They were very friendly and efficient and did a great job. I would strongly recommend Zerorez.
