The technician came to my house on time and efficiently cleaned the carpets and upholstery. He was polite and I felt comfortable having him in my home.
We were notified on the morning of our appointment that due to some circumstances, we might not be able to have our sectional cleaned. Having invited 120 people over for a party, that couldn't happen.

On time and do a great job. This is the second time we have had our carpet cleaned. They do an excellent job and get out ground in stains.
