The professionalism of the technician was outstanding. He answered all my questions then got to work and cleaned my carpets. He placed corner savers so there was no worry about damage to the walls and wore booties over his shoes to ensure no additional dirt was tracked in. I was very pleased with the speed in which he cleaned carpet and how quickly it dried after the cleaning was done. I highly recommend Zerorez.
