The team worked hard to get the job done and worked well together on our commercial building. The carpeted areas and the hard surface areas turned out great. This is my second time using Zerorez, and I will again in the future.

I have had my carpets cleaned twice by Zerorez and have been pleased with the results both times. I had some particularly dirty areas on one carpet this last time, and those areas are now completely clean. I like that Zerorez communicated with me both before and after cleaning. I will definitely use Zerorez next time I need my carpets cleaned.

John was attentive and efficient. I’d recommend John to do the job anytime. The truck however had grease/ transmission fluid leak. I called the boss to report it and asked him to clean it up. The boss refused to clean it up that same day and wanted to clean it up 6 days later - said he had to order the solvent thru the company vendor and wanted to wait until after the upcoming rainstorm and upcoming weekend! I told the boss man that was unacceptable. ! asked that he buy the solvent from Home Depot or Menards and remove the leak from my drive asap so it wouldn't permanently damage our driveway. I told him to clean it up. He said he couldn’t do that. I told him to address the problem by the next day and it fortunately was cleaned up! Next time I’ll ask for a truck that doesn’t leak grease/transmission fluid!

Aaron informed me when he would arrive and was on time. He explained everything he planned to do and I was glad there was no scent to product used since I have so many allergies to scent.
Aaron answered any questions I had and completed the job and told us the areas he had cleaned. He was very polite and professional.

I have used Zerorez previously and would recommend then to everyone. I understand they also do air duct cleaning and hope to get that done next.

Brad, the sales guy was very honest and forthcoming about which carpets needed clean and which ones did not. We were scheduled very quickly and over 2 days which helped with us being able to access different areas of the church which was very convenient for us. Technicians were helpful, friendly, and completed job quickly and thoroughly.

From start to finish, the transaction process was easy. We've previously hired ZeroRez to clean our carpets, but this was our first time using them for air duct cleaning after a remodel. Making the appointment was easy; we got prompt responses to our questions, and when I needed to update information a week before the appointment, their response was again immediate.
Our service technician, Brandon, arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and respectful of our newly-finished hardwood floors, etc.
