The technician was on time and did a very good job with some odd stains in the carpet. The carpet dries faster than when other companies have cleaned it (although the stain areas and high-traffic spots, where he had to go over it multiple times, took overnight to dry).

Everything went great. All of the spots were removed. The carpet looks brand new.

Zeroez does a great job and is extremely careful around the house, protecting corners and furniture, covering the door to not let the warm air out, etc. the representatives are always very polite and pleasant.
