Rollie, your serviceman, was a perfect example of what one should be.
On time, courteous, professional, always asking us if we had any questions...and when we did have questions, he answered them promptly and satisfied us with his answers.
He had a very good work ethic...no wasted time from getting the equipment out of his service truck and into our house. He went right to work going through all of the steps required to complete the job...and right on his estimated time it would take.

By the way...the carpet looks as if new.

Lots of stains removed, but carpet wasn't rinsed enough and dried very stiff and crunchy. Very easy to get someone to come out again to rerinse it and the carpet came out great
