We are recommending Zerorez to others because we had a carpet that was very difficult to clean. Associates visited our home four times to treat this room thoroughly. It looks beautiful now and we giving Zerorez our top rating.

The Zerorez contractor Andrew was very focused. He wanted to see and hear about what we needed to have cleaned. He walked through all rooms and listened to what areas needed special attention even though I had previously treated it, so it was not so obvious.
He was very detailed in what he cleaned, recleaned and vacuumed up the piles of fuzz.
When he was finished with his work, he very tactfully advised me of needing to wait at least 24 hours before setting up my furniture again.

The technicians are great as well. Austin is so professional, easy to work with and did an amazing job on our carpets. He took care to protect the drywall edges around the walls and went above and beyond.
