Arrived on time and was very professional and the carpet came out immaculate.
Very courteous worker. I am pleased that some of the major stains are gone. Had a cat that had digestive problems so many spots on carpet that I had not been able to get out. Took awhile for the steps to dry, but they are heavely traveled, so very dirty.

My carpet and area rugs look great, feel great. No soapy residue left behind! Dried quickly. The whole process was efficient. Zerorez brought everything needed, including the water and took away everything as well.

Cleaning without chemicals
Everything about Zerorez is superb! From scheduling to cleaning day to follow up. Aaron the tech is meticulous in his work and so very accommodating. We have white carpeting and a dog. The carpeting is 4 years old and when Zerorez is done it looks just like new.
