The two men that did our cleaning were great. Explained what they were going to do in detail. Checked out the one bad stain that we had and told us what to expect and followed through very well. They took great care to protect our home (e.g. corner protectors so that the hoses/cords did not damage walls or furniture). Carpets turned out beautifully clean and not waterlogged like other cleaners we have used in the past. Very satisfied!

We did have some frustration with scheduling issues this time around, part of which was a misunderstanding of pencilling in verses solidifying a date and a follow up verifying the time. We unfortunately had the weather pose a problem with coming in on the date we set up. We did get a little compensation for the inconvenience.

Progressional and friendly staff, made our child care center sparkly clean. When staff arrived attention to detail on what we requested to be cleaned. Carpets dried quickly. Very impressed with the end product.
The youngman was so very helpfull and did a wonderful job.
Very easy to schedule, tech was super nice, carpet turned out great. I’m super happy with how everything went. Only less than ideal thing was the area rug cleaning was pretty expensive compared to the carpet, I probably won’t do that again.
