I really liked that when I called Zerorez with questions (on a Saturday), the phone was answered, by an actual person, who answered all my questions. Rollie cleaned our carpets, rugs and sofas. He did a great job, was friendly, and on time. Very easy to set up date for cleaning and there were no surprises on the bill.

You do a good job. That is why we are return customers. All your service men have been polite and explain what they will be doing. They always ask about any special concerns we may have. Our latest specialist, Austin, was very pleasant in his demeanor and made us feel very comfortable with his presence. A very respectful and professional young man.
