Scheduling our appointment was easy. Our service technition arrived on time and did a walk around to assess the areas. Was efficient in setting up and carryingout the services. Was also very personal and listened well. We received instruction on drying time which was accurate. Appreciated that the treatment left no heavy smell or residue.

How well my carpet is cleaned even though it is over 30 years old. Peace of mind that no toxic chemicals are used.

The carpet was covered in stains and other visible problems, but after this cleaning service it looks nearly new! The worker (forgot his name sorry) was efficient and great at what he did, no issues occurred during the cleaning service.

Came back for a second try at carpet. It does look a little better but it was explained to me that this was just the normal wear on a carpet that was probably 20 years old. He did say it would take 6-8 hours to dry and even with fans going it was still damp after 24 hours! I would still give them another try in the future though.

Matt gave me information and good advice regarding the condition of my carpet. I decided against replacing my badly pet stained carpet. Instead I asked Matt to do your level one pet stain treatment. Decision was based on my renting not owning this house. This house had pet stains on carpet from prior tenant's cat and dog when I moved into house back in April of 2005.Landlord has never cleaned my carpets nor painted my house since I moved here over 19 years ago.

The technician was very careful to ask what areas I was concerned about and was careful to give them extra attention. Carpets are clean and fresh.
