I appreciated your representative taking time to explain the Zerorez cleaning process to me. He told me how the energized water works to clean my carpets as well as how special problem areas are treated. He made sure I understood what he would be doing to my carpets. When I asked him to clean and seal the ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and foyer, he explained how to protect the grout and made other recommendations for my flooring. Again, he made sure I approved what he was going to do before he proceeded. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends.

Very impressed with zerorez. Our carpets look brand new again. Technician was very friendly and even helped to move smaller items that I did not have a chance to move. We love the fact that there is no chemical residue left over and the dry time is minimal. Would recommend to friends and family.

Although our representative was having vehicle trouble and had been behind for the appointment, he came in and did our carpets in about 1 hour and they looked fabulous, our carpets are 8 years old and have seen alot of traffic, pets and kids over the years. I was about to look at purchasing new carpet and decided to try Zerorez due to the recommendations heard on the radio through Q106.3 in Madison and I am very happy, I think we will be able to hold off on purchasing new carpet for a while.
