Dried fast and didn't have any type of a smell after it was cleaned ( like a fragrance ) I liked the fact that Dennis and Brandon checked over the carpeting thoroughly before cleaning and asked about the spots and tried to figure out what made the staining in the first place. Also were up front about what spots they thought they would not be able to remove.

What is amazing is a stain that we are concerned will not come up you're able to make disappear. In our apartments we appreciate when you let us know up front if a carpet is done for our of its worth cleaning which is VERY hard to find companies willing to be that honest.

The guys were on time, courteous and did a great job. I couldn't be happier.

Of the staff I worked with, Amanda, Jose and Tim all of them worked very efficiently in their respective roles to assure Zerorez would meet our exceed our expectation. While we did have to have a return visit our concerns were addressed promptly and professionally.

I know both technicians had full days and both spent ample time in our home though wonder if as a result of the industry and your organization not being fully aware of what to expect until you arrive in a home if that truly gives them/you an opportunity to be as "successful" as you can the first time? As a repeat customer, and I'd gladly have Tim or Jose back in my home, I am certain they would be better prepared for the logistical issues in front of them.

I was a little put off that I didn't have a complete quote when the guy came out. I would have thought the lady on the phone would have made sure I had all the areas needed so I would know the exact pricing. That's my only quibble, which was minor.

Our carpets are about 8 years old and had stains. Jose was awesome and the carpets look and smell great. We will replace these carpets within the next few years but in the meantime we will have you back. When we do get new carpet we will maintain them with Zerorez!!!

The carpets really got clean. The guys were great - very nice and they knew their product/service.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I like the idea of not having residue build-up on the carpet. Before the service, our white socks got dirty immediately after walking around. That is not happening now.

The service man was polite, explained the procedure, answered all my questions, and worked in an orderly manner. Our carpet looks refreshed & just like new again.

People involved were super-friendly and easy to work with. I had JUST finished touching up all my walls, woodwork and trim to list my house for sale and they were extremely careful not to mark anything up. They cleaned under furniture and placed it right back with protective coverings so the pieces didn't get wet. They even went above-and-beyond by catching the entryway rug on their way out--outstanding!!
