The service technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I like the idea of not having residue build-up on the carpet. Before the service, our white socks got dirty immediately after walking around. That is not happening now.

Your product cleaned my carpeting completely and left a fresh scent. When dried the carpet did not have that "crunchy" feel as it had with other carpet cleaning. Also your service tech was very friendly and informative. Thanks again for a great job done!

Very good job of cleaning the carpets
The guys did a great job with some pretty spotty carpets. A couple of spots didn't completely clear up, but my carpet looks 100 times better! They were polite, it went fast, and my carpets look great.
The animal products work great. The carpets looks great. I like that there are no chemicals and safe for my dogs. The cleaners were quick and thorogh.

Our technician (Jose) took the time to listen to where our problem spots were and spent some extra time getting those clean. He was also very good with our dog who can be a little rambunctious at times. Our carpets look great and are ready for our new baby to crawl all over them.

I like the fact there is no soap residue left in my carpet. Your service was excellent. I got my carpet cleaned the same week that I called for an appt. Tim was fantastic. He explained what he was doing, how and why. Very thorough and personable. I will certainly have him come back.

I loved the fact that when I came home our carpets looked amazing!! Our carpets are 13 plus years old and they look great. There was no mess left for me to clean up, carpets were dry, just an overall fantastic job. I have already recommended Zerorez to a LOT of people! Thank you :)

Our carpets are about 8 years old and had stains. Jose was awesome and the carpets look and smell great. We will replace these carpets within the next few years but in the meantime we will have you back. When we do get new carpet we will maintain them with Zerorez!!!
