We have a very busy house, we also have 2 cats. We have always had another carpet service, but we decided to try ZEROREZ. We will never go back. We had a couple of stains that always went away after the clean but came back after 2 months with the other service. With ZEROREZ the stains never came back. The carpet looks and feels great after! On top of great looking carpet, the carpet service associates are FABULOUS!!

Tim provided a thorough cleaning of each carpeted area in our house. He answered all our questions and was happy to discuss the benefits of additional services we requested. Tim was on time for our appointment and was enthusiastic about his work. He performed an exceptional service. In addition, the drying time was much less than with other carpet cleaning processes.

I've used Zerorez before and have come back again. Excellent cleaning of my carpets, but what I really like is that there are no chemicals to react on my dogs. Just had Zerorez in this week to clean some carpeting before we list our house for sale. The dogs had really soiled under our bed and I thought I'd have to replace the carpet. The dirt came out! The white carpet looks great. And, your techs are wonderful. Unfortunately we've moved from the Madison area but if Zerorez comes to our new area, I'll definitely call them.

This was the first time we had zerorez out. The techcian Tim was very helpful explaining everything , was honest and we thought he did a very thorough job. Our carpets are all a dark brown so it's visibly hard to see exactly where the dirt and stains are, but when I saw that machine he was using and how hard he was working , i thought how can they not be clean...we are very happy thus far.
