Great carpet cleaning!

The office staff and cleaning crew were prompt, efficient and customer-oriented. The crew protected my house with a temporary airlock and corner protectors. They reviewed various stained or highly dirty spots with me and asked questions about how the stains got there and what, if any, cleaning products I had previously used on the stains. They were done with three bedrooms, a hall and six steps within about an hour. The crew pointed out one small spot where they could not fully remove an old cat-vomit stain (that particular cat food had dye in it. Other than the cat vomit in one tiny spot, the carpet was completely clean and nearly dry when they left and there was none of that wet-carpet odor! The price was exactly what Zerorez quoted.

My stairwell carpets are 19 years old and had not been cleaned for over five years. They were quite dirty and looked rundown. After zerorez treatment they now are perfectly clean and rejuvenated. The carpeting throughout my house had spots on them that I could never remove. They are now gone. There was no chemical smell to the house after the treatment. And the carpets dried rather quickly. And I was very pleased to find that the two man crew who came out to treat my carpets were very professional and friendly. I have already told co-workers to call ZEROREZ!!

I felt like the technician really listened and offered suggestions on how to clean the trouble areas. I felt like he truly wanted to get the carpet cleaned and not just spray some water and chemicals on it and get the heck out (like some other companies we've used)!! Very fair pricing since you guys are in Verona and we're in Milton! We will definitely use you again! Thanks for the great looking carpet:)
