The carpets turned out wonderful. Prior to proceeding, the technicians were professional, asked what I wanted done, made suggestions, as there were issues with the resident dog. At the door they put on shoe covers, which impressed me. I hired them from Atlanat and met then at my mother's house in Madison Wi. It couldn'the habe went better. Thank you to the technicians and Zerores for a job well don.

The technicians were very easy to work with, courteous and informative. Their commitment is to call 20 minutes before they arrive, and they did, and they arrived when I expected them. I had them clean four areas (2 sets of steps), I thought it would take a very long time, but the process is also very quick. I love that Zerorez does not use chemicals or soaps that leave a residue and/or could harm pets. Very happy!
