Carpets look amazing! Just moved into our house and swear these carpets are at least 13 years old. Dark wear patterns throughout. The Tech was very friendly and worked hard at the wear patterns. But now the color is the same throughout. Eventually we'll replace these carpets but very, very pleased with Zerorez's help on us getting a few more years out of them! Family and friends helped us move in the next morning and were impressed with the look, and with the dryness. Shared their horrible stories of other carpet cleaners leaving their carpets soaked and later smelling mildewy.
Jose was very professional, cared for our house as if it were his own, and did a wonderful job. We got a 20 minute warning call and when he arrived he took the time to go over all the areas that were going to be cleaned. He set up corner protectors to save our painted wood and always wore shoe covers. The end result was amazing and our carpets and sofa are like brand new again. With two large labs the amount of dirt and hair that was cleaned up was incredible and the "dog" smell is gone.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The carpets looked great. We just bought the house and had the cleaners come a day after closing so that we could get the carpets cleaned before we moved in the following day. For the most part the carpets were vacuumed except for around the edges. This is not Zerorez's fault, but we simply just did not have the time to get in prior to vacuum around the edges of each room. We definitely would have paid extra if Zerorez could have done this prior to cleaning. Now that our furniture is moved in it is going to be much harder to get behind it to vacuum the edges. Perhaps this could be a service that you offer for extra so that the corners of each room can also be cleaned.

The technicians did "above and beyond" for us, getting up impossible stains from our quite old carpets. They were very nice also.
Aaron, who came out to do the carpets was very knowledgeable. He was on time and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We had 5 rooms and a set of stairs that leads down to the basement cleaned. All the carpets in our home are an almost white in color, and needed some cleaning as they were a little dingy from normal ware. When he was done, they were amazingly clean. And when they dried, were very soft as well!! The carpets look almost new again. we are happy with your results!! Zerorez, you have a great business and I would recommend you to my friends.
