Everything went as promised. I'm not sure how dirty our ducts were though because the pics I received all looked like after. Maybe they were pretty clean to begin with? Not sure.

The service providers were on time and very thorough The explained what they were doing very thoughtfully and we ended up with carpets cleaned in a timely fashion!

I love how thorough Zerorez is and how well they communicate with the customer. They always let me know when they are on their way and any items/concerns that might come up while they are cleaning. They also were able to work me in on a day that worked better with my schedule, which I really appreciated!
