i was extremely impressed with the guards that they put on the corners of the woodwork so not to scratch them with the hoses.
the service people were very friendly. i was also impressed when they showed me how dirty the water was in the hose as they were cleaning my carpet & furniture. they also showed me areas on my furniture that was cleaned and not cleaned yet. what a difference!!!!! i also liked that i was able to get an appt within a few days of my original inquiry phone call. workers were very prompt getting here at the appt time.
