We did have an issue with a few tiny red spots appearing about 2 days after the cleaning and fabric protection coating. Wondered what might have caused this and how do we get rid of the red spots?? That there is no soap residue to build up in the carpet

Our carpet needs to be cleaned to maintain the warranty and with Zerorez the carpet stays clean and does not attract more dirt because the carpet is not filled with soap residue.
This is our third time using Zerorez.
