The tech who came to our home was friendly (expected) however, he informed us of what our options were and without pressure allowed us to make our decisions regarding what services we wanted. We were amazed at how really great our carpets looked upon completion. We decided to wait a couple of days to see if any of the removed spots returned...they did not. We are extremely happy with the results we got with zerorez.

Zerorez has great service; they provide a friendly service reminder, have easy appointment scheduling, arrive promptly, work efficiently, and it's so fast! One person cleaned all my carpets (3 rooms and a hallway) in a just over an hour. I'm a return customer who is still very pleased and will be back.
