James did a very thorough job and answered any questions we had. He even tried to remove some old stains we had that another carpet cleaner could not remove. Very pleased with his work!

I personally base a lot more on service than on products. There is more variable in service than products. Your service person was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. A home with golden retrievers has a lot of fur and no matter how much vacuuming there is always more fur. Your representative, did not make any comment when the excessive fur slowed his machine.

The only area that I could see improvement needed is in responding by phone. We left a message with the service and it seemed to be a long time before we received a return call. Please not I said seemed. In this age of always being "on" we are spoiled if the response isn't immediate.

The prompt service once contacted, the help that was given to move larger items, the care taken by covering shoes, giving an estimate on site plus explaining the procedure and answering any questions one might have. Next, they go ahead with the cleaning and will apply scotch guard if it is wanted (for a small additional fee). Lots of hard work done well. Would definitely recommend Zerorez to others. Keep up the good work.

We really like the idea of minimal soaps and chemicals, I had a couple of bad spots in my carpet and truly did not think they would be gone but they are. The gentleman told us that bad areas lwhich we had may come back after time it just depends on the type of carpet and the things we can't see under the carpet, we really appreciated him explaining p this and if it problem areas do come back I will understand and not feel like it was a
