James was very professional and explained the cleaning process very thoroughly. We appreciated his upmost care in protecting the space. He went above and beyond in explaining what to expect and how to enhance drying the carpet after he was done cleaning it. Zerorez techs are the best. They are very good and explain what they are doing to clean the carpet. They also make sure their hoses do not cause any problems. It is amazing how detail oriented and how they work to get all dirt out of the carpet.
