Zerorez allowed us to schedule our cleaning when we required it to be done. Technician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Carpet looks great afterwards, all spilled wine stains are gone. We are very happy with the process and results having Zerorez clean our carpeting. The cost was very reasonable. Their quote was one of the lowest from 7 different companies. We will call Zerorez again the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

What a great experience! The Zerorez team, John and Sam, were professional and thorough. They were a pleasure to have in our home. First, they listened carefully as we walked through all areas that were scheduled to be cleaned; paying special attention to all areas that needed special effort. They cleaned all carpeted areas and most of our soft furnishings. They were efficient, but took their time to make sure that the carpets and furnishings were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized when appropriate.
Their service was excellent; we are very pleased with the results.
