ZeroRez was here right on time and throrough in his review of carpet, rugs and chairs to be cleaned. We agreed to take 4 rugs off of the cleaning due to potential bleeding of (red) color and frail gabric (silk). He got right to work setting up the wall protectors and so on, cleaned and was out in a little over 2 hours.

It's easy to use the service, people are very consistent in their practices (call 20 min ahead, etc) and the carpets get very clean!

We inherited a dog last July from a friend who passed. Since that time there have been several accidents, so our carpets were pretty smelly & disgusting looking. After the treatment we could not tell where those "accidents" occurred. Matt did a fantastic job of explaining additional treatment options that would be a benefit. He had some helpful suggestions if there were more accidents, and answered all the questions I had. All in all, Matt did a fantastic job and was very easy to deal with.

Carpets were cleaned and felt like there really wasn’t any residue. They had very little moisture and dried quickly. Technician worked carefully and efficiently.

Great service / carpets look great

Rug was nice and clean. Dried in a timely manner, so wasn't too wet. After it dried it was nice and soft, no film feeling to the carpet. Gentleman that came out was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as on time. Thanks for the great job! I referred you to a co-worker the next day.
