The response time from when I called for an estimate for cleaning, getting the cleaning scheduled and completion of the cleaning was excellent. The cleaning staff person was polite, worked efficiently and checked with me upon completion to see if there was anything else he could do for me.

Every time a technician comes here they can’t believe my carpets are 18 yrs old! I have had other carpet cleaners and ever since I started using Zerorez my carpets have never looked better!! I love the carpet protector they use, it really works!

We love the way our carpet looks and feels when it has dried. There is only a light fragrance, no strong odors. We have had Zerorez do our carpets 3 times and plan on calling them the next time we need them cleaned.
