The guys that came were both very nice and professional. We have a dog that likes to lay in certain spots and those spots are darker from his oils. They got them out and our carpet looks great.

The carpets looked great and I was very impressed with how soft they were. They were old carpets and we have steam cleaned them ourselves many times. We were hesitant to pay to have them done since we knew what they looked like after we did them. We were plesantly surprised. They looked fabulous and they got many stains out that we never thought they would. They also got the melted wax and gum out from my youngest's room carpet. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is on the fence. It is definitely worth the money.
