Our cat developed diabetes and urinated all over our new carpet. After several attempts to get the odor to go away, we finally called in Zerorez. Not only were they great to work with, but we are 5 days post carpet treatment and the odor has not reappeared at all. So thankful to have our rec room back!

I thought my 20 year old carpet's life was soon over but Zerorez and Tim came and cleaned them back to life! The machine Tim used to lift the nape before he cleaned was amazing. It allowed Tim to then deep clean the carpet. The stairs to the second floor were matted as well as needed to be cleaned and they came out fantastic! That day I had lunch with several friends and was telling them how pleased I was and three of the women took down the name and said they would call and set up an appointment to have their carpets cleaned.

The tech called to tell us when he would arrive, and he arrived at appointed time. He was great, did a fine job, and the rugs and car he cleaned look excellent. Even red wine stains came out. I have used Zerorez before and I will use you again, and will recommend you to our friends.

EXCELLENT. After a competitor quoted $475 and explained how difficult it is to remove pet urine from our oriental wool carpet, we didn't know what to expect. The Zerorez quote was $139. The finished job was only $88. The carpet is clean, beautiful ... and smells great. We couldn't be more pleased.

The website made it very easy to make an appointment, and the associate from Zerorez was very prompt. He was friendly and took care of the whole house room by room and put in for a couple discounts because we had over-estimated the size of the rooms. The process of cleaning the carpets was very quick, and the carpeting dried quickly and still feels great. We will definitely recommend this service to others, and use it in the future ourselves, too.
