Zerorez staff were friendly, accommodating and courteous. Jacob arrived at our home on time and explained what he was going to do in detail and how he was going to attack the areas were we had a pet issue. He got right to work including helping my husband move a few chairs off the area that was to be cleaned. Jacob was very respectful of our cat that followed him around for a bit (just supervising)! The carpet looks amazing, just like the day it was installed. Thank You!
With a teenager, a dog and two cats, my carpet gets stained and filthy. I am always amazed that Zerorez gets all the stains out and leaves the carpet perfectly clean. And the staff are awesome.

We hadn't had the carpets cleaned in our lower level when we moved in a couple years ago because we knew we would be replacing them with tile at some point. However, after losing our last Golden Retriever recently and some of the issues she was having, we decided to get them cleaned.
Our window of time was 10:30 - 12:30 and unfortunately due to a longer than expected job prior to ours, Jason wasn't able to get to ours until 1:00, but he was done in a couple hours and the carpet looks amazing!! I appreciate that Zerorez has a technique that removes dog hair because at one point we actually had 3 Golden's! So, thank you! ...and I have to add that Jason is very personable! :)
