The tech was very friendly and efficient. He came in with a mask and gloves and I never felt like he tried to upsell me. He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour. My basement carpet looks great.

We had carpeting in one room that had not been cleaned in years. You guys got 95% of all stains out of our carpets. There were a about 3-5 stains that could not be removed, but we had expected that.

I was very pleased with how clean my carpet looked but the next morning I could see the stains that I was trying to get rid of coming through. It’s better than it was but had hoped to get rid of them. Can u recommend a spot remover ?

Excellent customer service and happy with work done

It was a good experience from the time I made the appointment and then had to cancel it because of COVID=19. They were very understanding. We were able to reschedule and again they were very pleasant to work with. Brad came to clean the very old & dirty carpet. He very thoroughly explained the procedure and then went to work. Bottom line is the carpet looks almost like new. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Zerorez.
