Our service technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and had great attention to detail. I really appreaciated the care he took around doorways, furniture, etc. He was also very prompt to our scheduled time, and gave an accurate timeframe for completion of our cleaning.

I like that there are no chemical residues left over after cleaning. My technician was friendly and very efficient. He explained the limitations of what a cleaning will do on 23 year old carpet so that I knew it wasn't going to look brand new. I'm completely satisfied with results. My house smells so much better.

We are a childcare center and we were looking for a carpet cleaning service that did not use harsh chemicals. We had had several recommendations to try Zerorez and we called for an estimate.
