We had 2 carpets cleaned and 3 area rugs. one carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned for 5 years. Our zerorez technician was due to come between 2:30 and 5:00 but he called and was available earlier if we were. So he came around 12:30. He was very polite and friendly and explained what he was doing. It only took about 1/2 hour. I am pleased with the results. I was hoping the living room carpet could have gotten cleaner, but it is a light color and the traffic areas were quite discolored. It doesn't look like new but I didn't expect it too, it's over 20 years old. All in all I felt he did a really good job. Thank you zerorez, I would recommend you to others.

Your online scheduling and details on what the service covered were extremely professional. The person who came to my house to perform the work was also very friendly, safe, and professional. I would definitely use your services again in the future. My only hesitation on recommending is that you need to consider upgrading your equipment for the duct cleaning so that you can accommodate smaller and hard to reach ducts in older homes (like mine).

I had a good experience with zerorez and the technician that came to clean the carpets. Where I am not happy with zerorez is I requested a phone call and never got it. I had some questions before the cleaning was to take place and those questions never got answered until the day the technician came.

No Chemicals. Bought a home with light cream colored carpet that had dark, dirty marks in high traffic areas. I'm pleased to say it now looks like new carpet. House smells clean with no flowery smell. (I have asthma.) Wonderful & polite communication; prompt reply to request for information, easy scheduling & changing information, & reminders. Polite service person who wore a mask as requested & answered questions. Was in & out of home quickly. Easy pay when the job is done. I'm so pleased with Zerorez Madison. Thank you Brad & team.
