Zerorez kept the appointment, showed up on time, texted me when the service person was on his way. Very nice person was sent to do the job, and he pre-sprayed, asked questions about the carpet and its use, offered additional treatments, but did not pressure me when I declined. The price was what I was quoted-no funny business or upcharges-simply a good solid result for the service I requested. I wish every business could operate like this. Thank you.

The technician was capable and courtesy. He moved the furniture that we weren't capable of moving. The carpet looked great when he was finished and it was really dirty in spots. Just wish it could last longer. We have some pretty severe traffic patterns and they look pretty good.

Excellent service as far as carpet cleaning. The thing that puts it over the top for me is how nice and helpful the staff is, both the people answering the phone and the carpet cleaners.
