ZEROREZ WAS VERY PROMPT IN DEALING WITH A BLEED OUT SPOT FOLLOWING THE GENERAL CLEANING PROCESS ON OUR OLD CARPETING THAT WAS CAUSED BY AN UNKNOWN STAIN. THE TECHNICIAN WORKED VERY HARD TO REMOVE THE STAIN.

He told me about additional services and made sure I got the best deals. The carpets looks great and the stains are gone. This is the third time I've used Zerorez and every time gets better.

The service man was on time, in fact early He checked to see if that was okay. He was polite, careful of things in my house and put on "booties." I do have a question about the plant water stain. It seems to still be there. I'm sure he treated it after our conversation. Was it going to stay or do we treat it again?
