We have had Zerorez do both our home and condo. In both cases their technicians did an awesome job. Their nonchemical approach was excellent and their customer service was great. One issue was with the answering service they use when they are not available. The people seemed poorly trained and very slow at taking messages,

The service people were great and informed me about what they were going to do. They were in and out in a little over an hour after cleaning and sealing my 330 sq. ft. of porcelain tile. Excellent results..............like a brand new floor!

I liked everything about your company! The technician was wonderful and caring. He was very careful with my furniture as well as my carpets. My carpets smelled great, were so clean, I felt no soap residue on my feet, and they dried totally overnight. I left fans on overnight and that did the trick.
