The tech was on time- knew what he was doing and gone in less than 1.5 hours.

Aaron arrived on time, was professional, friendly and efficient. He was able to remove stains that earlier service people couldn't. He told me about additional services and made sure I got the best deals. The carpets looks great and the stains are gone. This is the third time I've used Zerorez and every time gets better.

The service man was on time, in fact early He checked to see if that was okay. He was polite, careful of things in my house and put on "booties." I do have a question about the plant water stain. It seems to still be there. I'm sure he treated it after our conversation. Was it going to stay or do we treat it again?

Zerorez Madison does a great job - I have them come once/year to clean my carpet. Tim did a fantastic job when he was here two days ago. In fact, last night I said to my sweetie, as I was standing in the living room, "Not only does our house look transformed because of the clean carpet, I feel so much better psychologically, knowing our home is so clean." Having pets takes its toll on carpet, and Zerorez completely restores it. Thank you!

Great cleaning.

The technician was very thorough and worked hard to clean spots in my carpet. He worked quickly and efficiently. I like the way ZeroRez uses steam to clean and doesn’t leave any residue to attract dirt right away.
