Jasmine was very professional and friendly. We had carpets, an area rug, sofa and chairs done. We had some stains on some cushioned chairs that did not come out the first time, but they returned to do another cleaning and they came out great! We were not charged for the redo.

Cleans without using soap

This is the second time we have had Zerorez clean our carpets. Very easy to establish a date on their web site, comparable pricing, and a most courteous and competent technician arrived on time. They have won a customer for life.

We liked how the carpet looked after the cleaning. It was nice that there was no odor afterwards. The young man who performed the service was very competent and friendly.

Efficient, professional and safe products.

This is the second time my family has used Zerorez Carpet Cleaning and I still maintain that it is a wonderful service. Zerorez was able to get in my carpet cleaning in a timely manner. The emails prior were very clear on how to prepare, and they arrived on time. The customer service was EXCELLENT despite the staffing shortages COVID has created. The actual cleaning was done well, and there was an honesty about if a stain could not be lifted. Our technician was very knowledgeable about the types of carpet, and able to explain why something could not be lifted. I can honestly say we will be going back to Zerorez again for our carpet cleaning needs.

They did a nice job cleaning my carpeting, were very professional and offered me good advise on cleaning spots when accidents happen.
Also gave me a bottle of cleaner to help me out, (I had used a product that created spots.
They stand behind their work and I will definitely use them again!
