You can have a technician come when they are supposed to come and take care of the problems we are having. The technician said he needs more bait stations and he can't get supplies.

What do you like about our services?

AE Pest has been a partner of Fordham University for many years now. I handle the contract they have serving the Dining department. They handle everything form regular services, to times of the year when service requirements literally double and, of course, to special requests. The service crews are reliable and efficient. They know the account very well and help "head off" trouble with effective treatment. When special services are needed, all it takes is one email to AE Pest Bronx service, and copy to our account rep, Ian Rocker and the matter is handled. Everyone at AE seems focused on us when we call, they are businesslike and, simply a pleasure to work with. Best of all, they achieve the results we need. Thank you

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The services that we receive from Assured are our regular bi-weekly pest control services and a 90-day pro active treatment for bed bugs on the 39th through 43rd floor. We have had issues with the summary reports that we receive at the end of their visit. Not all of our floors get serviced and they have to return to finish the remaining floors. We have asked billing several times to have our floors updated to say 39th to 43rd floors. Our reports are vague at times and don't specify if they saw any finding on our floors. We tend to see (alive) water bugs on the 40th floor near the water machine. More recently, there was an issue with a technician being onsite for a 90 day pro active treatment the week before the scheduled date. He was supposed to arrive on October 29th and arrived on October 22nd.

My long term service technician was replaced with the goal of more efficient scheduling. This strategy does not take into account the long term relationships clients have developed with technicians.

I have been trying for two months to tall to someone about this and resolve my dissatisfaction and my concerns have yet to be addressed although I am told that someone will get back to me. I am told the new technician is uneasy on the stairs and this is a safety issue. I have said this to more than one person at Assured Environments and still no response.

If I don't hear back from someone this coming week, I will be looking for a new service despite my almost 20 year history with Assured Environments

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We've been a long-time customer of Assured Environments for our pest control/traps/etc. In the last year an a half, there have been repeated issues with service. I've REPEATEDLY (many, many times) asked our service rep to send technicians first thing in the morning, between 9 and 10, and every time I'm told this is no problem, and they almost NEVER come then. They stroll in around 2 or 3. The reason (as I've explained) that we need it earlier, is our office is still 90% remote, there's not often people there in the afternoon, we need them to arrive in the morning. The technicians themselves are great and personable, but I have no idea why it would be so difficult for this very simple thing to happen. If the issue is the time request isn't being communicated to them, that needs to be resolved. if the issue is they are told to come at 9 and simply don't, that needs to be addressed as well.

Most recently in November, I scheduled our monthly service for 9am on Nov 1, a monday morning when I knew I'd be there, and that time and date was confirmed. The technician showed up on a Tuesday afternoon, Nov 9. I wasn't there to receive them, and luckily someone happened to be in, but the tech just arrived and started spraying things. I wasn't told about the delay, the change, or anything. This is infuriating and terrible service. We are considering changing pest services because of this.

Inspection at one of the facilities was recently not done correctly as boxes were left without bait and were not cleaned of debris. Constantly have to make sure insurance information, licenses and other documents in the binders are up to date. Level of service is not as I had hoped.
