In Aparment you must to apply something different to combat the mice
I see you only put glue but glue just catch the mice we need something to finish it
I want to be sure that you come to my home for my monthly visit on the date we agreed on. i.e. the second Wednesday of the month in the morning. That happened yesterday. Hopefully that will continue. Thank you.

There seems to be an issue with scheduling although we’ve been a client with the same schedule for years. Invoicing is a major issue. We are still waiting for January and February invoices. Communication needs improvement because we’ve communicated this numerous times to multiple people. Not a great experience.
