On time and we don't have pests thanks to Assured.
I'd like to see the same person here that can do a real follow up with the pest situation - they come and do something and leave but there is no real follow up

I can't say enough good things about Assured Environments. Prompt responses to emails , calls service requests, Great Support, Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, Assured environments goes the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Carlos Lopez and Robert Shiron are the best. Carlos is on top of every issue and is always looking proactively to assure our site is maintained in the best condition. Rob participated in an event at our site this year to bring awareness on pest control to our team, it was excellent to have his support. I don't believe either of these gentlemen every sleep, when I ask for something they respond before I can blink an eye.

They work perform in our facilities for the last few months has been very poorly done, I think that your Company can do a much better work by using different methods and products, And not only glue traps to control the rodent population…
