Our regular service technician, Angel, is outstanding. Very thorough and always takes care of any issues we may have. Always with a smile on his face and a great attitude.
Also, we have one problem apartment (waterbugs) and Danny has been great in trying to get it resolved.
While, from some reason, the regular service technician didn't show up, the replacement one showed up after the working hours more interested in his cell phone than the job he suppose to do. So far the service in general is very superficial and repeatedly we receive recommendations for special services (extra money) if we would like to have the expected results.

It is nearly impossible to receive timely invoices which significantly through off our financials. We had a service completed in December 2023 and just received the invoice this week. We had service in March, and we are still awaiting the invoice. Response time to email is slow and when we receive a response it provides no context to the question or concern at hand. We usually have to wait for the responder to reach out to someone else.

I would appreciate more communication from the office. It has happened numerous times that the set appointment that was scheduled was changed with no input from your customer and no notification to your customer when the new appointment date was assigned for.
Your office knows that before a tech can enter a tenant’s apartment, that tenant needs 24 notice. Without this prior notice from your office the new scheduled appointment will need to be canceled. Normally no new appointment is scheduled since it is already at the end of the month. Therefore you are out of a payment for that month.
