We understand that Assured is subbed out through out Hines/JPMC contract for JPMC space at 277 Park. Recently we are putting in service requests based on used sightings, getting confirmation from Terminex that service is being scheduled and then getting notification that same evening regular PM is being performed but no indication that the service we requested for sighting we are reporting is being taken care of
Always thorough detailed. The technicians are always concerned about the business doing its best. Assured Environments controls every facet of IPM, keeps us informed of issues, and the technicians don't stop until they solve them.

I really appreciated the service from Israel- the tech for roach treatment, and the techs who serviced the compactor chute at 335 Carroll. However, the account reps are slow in responding, not very reachable by phone, and I have been waiting for a call back from the pigeon netting division since the installation in August and have not heard back.
