Super attentive, dependable, great service, personable techs and successful removal and prevention techniques!
The staff is very professional, arrive on scheduled date and on time. Techs listen to customers requests and will adjust and follow through as needed.
Over 30 residents on list for your technician to visit every time he comes here, way to many, like this for a long time, number should be going down with repeated visits by your tech, however it keeps going up.
Tech keeps telling me he checks bait stations, we know he does not, never sprays sub basement.
I appreciate the reps you send out as they often are flexible with our offices needs. Steve has been great and is always very professional and thoughtful.

Our inspector was very professional. I felt he did a Great job coaching our associates.

Any issues that were scored he explained the reason why and how to fix it going forward.
It was like he was giving a class while doing the inspection. Showed us what to look for while doing our walks. Example cake decorators' tips even though we were good, he showed us what can happen and what to look for.
After his visit we had a huddle, and every associate felt very good about the inspector, and he explained everything during the inspection.
Being an inspector is a tough job and no likes to be showed mistakes, but the way he did was so positive.
After the walk he went over the report with the management staff. Explaining the results and coaching us the fixes with the issues. Thank you, Jack DeLuca manager,
