Wonderful instructors, clean and comfy environment, the tea included is a nice touch and so lovely I can freeze my account if I’m going away or unable to practice yoga (thank you so much Jenny and team for all your support around that!!) so happy to be back at the studio and I recommend it to all my friends :)
Julie is awesome! She is the first therapist to ever be able to treat my chronically sore back. i have tried many places and many treatments. Julie is the first to be able to actually help and releave the issue. When my back starts to hurt i know just where to go.

I truly enjoy working out at DS with Jacob and Camryn. They have been very helpful in my health journey and working with me. I truly appreciate their knowledge and expertise and patience! Great investment in my health!! Worth it!

I love being able to come in for an adjustment when I need it and not have to wait for an appointment. Wait time is minimal to non-existant. Chiropractors are really great. And the membership option is perfect for me.
Love the entire space. The sauna rooms with the snow showers are great! The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming. Incredibly clean and I LOVE my time there!

The studio was very clean, and I really enjoyed the cool eucalyptus towel they provided! It was a very nice touch after experiencing the red light saunas!

Nice and clean environment with the SNO Shower it really makes a difference. The private rooms with TV entertainment as well as reasonable pricing- makes it work it.

Excellent Massage Services. The facility is good, but it could use a bit of love as compared to my last visits. Shower in the women's locker room could use a good scrubbing and many of the showerheads didn't work at all. Towels & robes are looking a little shabby, too. Overall, still the best spa in Knoxville, but it might be time for a bit of a refresh on the details.

The team at Discover Strength cares about improving your day-to-day life, not just what you can lift. One thing I’ve appreciated is how intentional they are about tracking progress. Every 20 workouts, they revisit your goals to see how things are going. It doesn’t feel rushed or generic—it shows they’re actually paying attention and thinking long term.
I really appeciate how well they adjust workouts based on what you’ve got going on outside the gym. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m currently training for a marathon, and they’ve been great about tweaking my strength workouts so they support my running instead of getting in the way. I’m still building strength, but without it messing up my mileage or recovery, which has made a big difference.
