I truly believe in Discover Strength's, Strength training program. I started their Strength Training Program 14+ years ago in Chanhassen MN. I feel it's the best overall physical fitness/strength Training program out there. It's amazing that just 2 - 30 minute training sessions a week can truly make a difference in how this helps overall fitness, weight management and how your overall body feels. I was excited to know that I could now resume this program down here in Naples FL.
Karen was great! She did a detailed assessment and showed me, through movement, areas I need to work on. I cannot wait to complete the tailored plan she makes me for and get rid of my back pain.

one note, sometimes it was hard to hear him as he has a quiet voice.
