I have to call out Keiller as he has been a key part of a larger transformation for me. He helped me relearn how to interpret my body’s signals, and while I am not pain free, the strength I have built has been more effective than any medicine. It has completely reframed my outlook on training and long term health.

I love that it’s a very uncomplicated workout. A trainer sets the machines up for you and tells you what to do. I would have no idea what to do otherwise. Everyone is also very friendly and attentive.

Personal space, relaxing environment. The only thing I was displeased about was the staff did not inform me about hair wraps. After the experience I can feel my hair was fried.

Wonderful instructors, clean and comfy environment, the tea included is a nice touch and so lovely I can freeze my account if I’m going away or unable to practice yoga (thank you so much Jenny and team for all your support around that!!) so happy to be back at the studio and I recommend it to all my friends :)
Julie is awesome! She is the first therapist to ever be able to treat my chronically sore back. i have tried many places and many treatments. Julie is the first to be able to actually help and releave the issue. When my back starts to hurt i know just where to go.
