Flexible, trainers take into consideration what your needs are. Always very aware of what your body is feeling like today. Giving small details of how to correct or get the most out of an exercise. If something hurts or doesn’t feel right they will say try this and it will stop hurting. They just are so knowledgeable about such small details to work through getting the best results.
Classes at yogahub Camden (especially the heated) are my absolute favorite. The instructors are genuinely the best, most intuitive, and grounded I’ve found in my experiences with Pilates and yoga. Moreover, the mat storage is beyond handy. I recommend the heated Pilates to everyone, it is truly one of a kind!
This place is GREAT! What started as a healing journey through my half marathon training has turned into a lifestyle. I feel amazing every time I leave there! I would highly recommend!
