I like how friendly everyone is and I didn’t know what to expect, but overall very nice and clean. I forgot a bottle and because it was my first time in, they let me have one. The electrolytes watermelon salt is very good as well.. invest in some myself. Definitely be back when I can afford it.
I like your approach to a workout. I felt like the exercises we did pushed me (but didn't kill me). It was a very efficient session.

I’ve been a monthly member at Deep Roots for awhile and after trying a few different therapists, I found the two who are good fits for me.
Along the way, I did have a couple of scheduling issues, but the owner personally reached out to me to talk through my preferences and recommended therapists who might be a better match. That level of care and attention really meant a lot. They also provided me with two complimentary massages, which was incredibly generous and showed how much they value their clients.
I really appreciate the customer service and the effort they put into making sure members have a great experience. I’m so glad I stuck with it and found the right therapist. Highly recommend!
