I really love the team of humans that work here. Shay was the first person I met and she is so incredibly kind and so is her brother. They make the whole experience better after you’ve had a long day at work.
Kristi’s Stretch & Sweat Yoga was exactly what I needed. I loved the ease of getting checked in, being able to use a locker, having provided filtered water, provided mats, and the security of the building while in class. Kristi was very easy to follow along with and instructed a great workout. I was drenched, felt amazing afterwards, and slept great that night!
Alicia was fantastic. Listened to my needs and wants and executed phenomenally!
The one on one coaching
The coaches are the best. They are very knowledgeable, and they pay attention to your forms and hear your concerns and questions. They guide you, push you but also give you the courage and support.
Peaceful quiet clean it's a special treat. Time to think.

Beautiful, clean environment and state of the art saunas make Perspire my favorite place to go to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff is professional and very friendly too. The app makes scheduling sessions very easy. I love my membership to Perspire!
Everything was great! We just couldn't afford 2 of us paying for messages. Mine was due to a lower back injury. Once the muscles were worked over, I felt like I only need a message a few times a year.

Y'all do a great job
Meilleurs horaires pour les cours de Pilates (plus tôt le samedi et dimanche matin ou plus tard en soirée sur semaine). Les horaires sur semaine ne sont pas très adaptés pour ceux qui terminent de travailler tard.
Le samedi, les horaires coupent beauoup la journée vu que c'est en mi journée.

I love that the room is ready and waiting for me. That I am always welcomed when I walk in the door and they gladly schedule me for my next visit. They make me feel welcome and comfortable so that if I have a question I feel I can ask it.
Clean, great equipment. TV. Towels. I like the showers.
