Ashley gave a tremendous massage. She focused on the areas that I asked for and the pressure was perfect. She adjusted when and where needed. She also gave great advice after the massage showing that she truly cared about the healing benefits of the massage. I will definitely be back to see Ashley again and will recommend her to friends!

Every time I go in, it's "me" time for a relaxing 40-minutes in the saunas. I like the television, towel service, the wonderful staff and ease of scheduling. No complaints here. It's all good.

Especially is someone was a novice to weight training/resistance exercise, this is the place to start. You'll be guided to safely do an efficient and effective workout
