This is a workout that really works! It’s a cool space with training that is personalized and encouraging.
Great service and communication. It is nice that Perspire keeps track of preferences and sets those up in advance. That makes the experience more relaxing. Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful. The sauna rooms are very nice and I love that you have red light and infrared saunas.

The surroundings make me very relaxed & the front desk employees are so friendly. RJ always asks what is going on with my body before starting the massage so that all my issues are addressed.
