The facility was very clean and the setting in my suite was relaxing and peaceful, there was a TV set up to provided meditative music, towels were provided, a refreshing wash cloth with eucalyptus was provided, my session very therapeutic

I have been going to Perspire Sauna Studio for several years, usually 3-4 times per week after my workout. The rooms are consistently clean and the employees are very kind and accommodating. I feel like the infrared sauna and the red light therapy keep my skin looking healthy and youthful. I highly recommend it!

I also overall loved the options available at the studio, which allowed for a stress-free, efficient, and fully beneficial experience.
