The studios that have showers are my favorite. The overall experience is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about the Perspire sauna studios in Hutto. I just wish I could go more often.

I love Perspire Studio in West Des Moines! The staff and the owner are wonderful, always friendly and helpful every time I have had questions. They are always quick to answer my questions and they're so kind. The studio is lovely, clean and the sauna rooms are set up perfectly with the tv and a cool cloth ready for me after my sauna is complete. It's the perfect little perk!
I love this place. I wish it were closer to me, I would go 6 days a week!
