The quality of the trainers is phenomenal. They are so knowledgeable about what to do to resolve what you come in to address and how to manage your body at home too. I am always in a better spot after have work done at Reach. It significantly speeds up my recovery time and the trainers teach me how to maintain my muscle balance at home.

This was my first time to perspire. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating on entrance. The amenities were fabulous! The snow shower was like nothing I ever tried. The whole infrared experience was beyond amazing! I felt like I was invincible the entire day !

Great instructors - supportive, motivating, and great at their craft. Nice facility, clean, comfortable. Please invest in a couple new water spray bottles.
Friendly and the best injector!
My aunt invited me to join her for the experience because she had a Groupon for an infrared sauna and coconut body scrub. I did not have any prior experience with body scrubs and was kind of expecting maybe something similar to massage/spa experience. I went for their basic package, no add-ons. It was more intense than I expected and I had never been more thoroughly scrubbed in my entire life. That said, my gal was great— My only regret was not getting her name because I would 10/10 book her again!
