The staff at Aqua Tots are fantastic! My little lady has been going for only a couple months and she has come so unbelievably far from the girl I brought in who didn't even want her face in the water. Arielle always is so sweet and pushes her while making her feel safe. Coach Joey, while only being with them for a short time, has pushed her but also modifies and steps in where needed to make sure she learns the right way. Coach Raquelle is always so positive and nice. Coach Janey was always excited to see her. And I love that Kaylinn and Teddy always address her by name, are so welcoming, are so excited for the kids successes and I couldn't be happier with the way this business is ran. You can tell that everyone is here for the right reasons. Thank you for everything you all do. It does not go unnoticed by this mom!

Instructors are great
We really enjoy the swim classes, but they’re definitely something not everyone might have the time or money for. It’s works for our family. I think some instructors are more attentive and give more explanation than others, and I really appreciate the ones that do. I liked our first class with Darius recently.
I didn’t like the makeup class policy at first, but it’s been okay so far. You just have to make sure to use them so they don’t build up. Having regularly scheduled class on Mondays was hard because they would be cancelled for holidays a lot.
Even though these aren’t rescue swim classes, we have found them to be super beneficial for our son, and people are always amazed that he can go under water and he’s so comfortable in the pool. We also think it will be great to continue them through the winter so that he continues to have that experience.
The, teachers, backlash coaches, Happy, very sweet, and nice personality. With the kids. Very patient. Very small groups. I really love that. Overall the experience has been outstanding.

Everything is great so far, but it would be better if my child had more a more consistent instructor. It changes nearly every week.
Front desk people on Tuesday afternoons are personable and friendly making an effort to make you feel like they are getting to know your family. Teachers Anna and Chloe are spectacular.
The entire team is great! But mega shout outs to Coach Diane, Coach Mia and Coach Emily they are rockstars! In just 2 1/2 months my 8 yr can swim every stroke!

The whole staff has been very welcoming kind and gentle with my 3 yr old. They’re always encouraging, have tons of patience.
My grandson is doing extremely well with the lessons. The staff are all very knowledgeable and able to teach the children to swim.

A no-games swim class from the start. My son is almost 3 and already knows the boundaries and basics of swimming!
The swim instructors are so caring with the kids of all ages! They individualize their instruction per child level and development. The front desk staff is also helpful and they greet everyone when they come in.

I’ve been so impressed with the staff, the way that it could easily turn into a machine but they make it so personalized to each child and really put the kids’ safety, well-being, and emotional needs first in every lesson. It’s not easy watching your child learn (or fail) and they handle every moment like professionals—regardless of how young they are. I’ve already recommended Aquatots to at least two others families because we’ve seen instant improvement and an increase in swimming confidence in our child.

They took my initial feedback in to consideration immediately and actively tried and did improve where I personally felt there was a discrepancy in my child's experience and development. I feel valued and heard.
