My two kids are currently in Level 3 and really enjoying their swimming lessons. Their coach, Sophie, is excellent and has been doing a great job with them. The management treats us very nicely, and the facility is always clean and well maintained.
Progress has been great! They’re also very efficient. I also appreciate the makeup classes and the ease to get those booked.
Always clean and friendly staff. The only thing i dont like is it's harder to schedule make up classes due to availability. Some of our passes expired on us due to no availability.
I love that Aqua-Tots emphasizes giving parents feedback from the teachers. And while growth and moving forward is a key component of the lessons, I’m encouraged to watch my child and support her, as needed. I also absolutely LOVE Coach Bethanie. She is so knowledgeable, thoughtful, responsive to kids and great at explaining techniques to parents.
Aqua tots has been so amazing. Our daughter has been going since she was about 9 months old. She is now 14 months and loves to go swim. It makes me feel confident as a parent that she’s comfortable in water. The instructors are all amazing and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend aqua tots.
We absolutely love Aqua-Tots in North Canton! From the front desk staff to the swim instructors, every single person here has been fantastic.
My daughter has fallen in love with several of her instructors, and she’s greeted by name the moment we walk through the door. The level of care and attention she receives makes her feel like an individual. She’s listened to, encouraged, and celebrated every step of the way.
Her confidence has grown so much, both in and out of the water. She’s currently a Level 4, quickly working her way to Level 5, and she can’t wait to "gradowait".
Aqua-Tots has truly been an amazing experience for our family, and I can’t recommend them enough.
Love all the teachers and front desk staff - they are all wonderful. I do wish you were open on Sunsays and also that classes were limited to 3 and not 4 kids, especially in classes level 4 and under.

Coaches (we have Jason and Abby) are absolutely amazing. They are patient and attentive and really push my girl to be her best. The staff is incredibly kind and personable. They say hi and bye every single classband address my daughter by name and are always pleasant. Just an amazing overall place. My daughter is on the spectrum and feels safe and comfortable here, that is priceless.
We LOVE coach Audrey!!! She is so great with Mason. We had a bad experience with one of the make up coaches and Audrey is not available for make-ups. We hardly miss but would love to have some dedicated make up times available with her.

Noah is a special swim instructor. He has something that is hard to explain. His smile and way with the children is amazing. He has taught our student important skills that are truly amazing to observe during a lesson.
The others at Aqua Tots are kind and respectful. Staff at the desk as well as the instructions are great as well.

My kids have improved in swimming a lot. The main issue I do have is that I don't feel like the teachers update the skills enough and when they have a different teacher it's like they're starting from scratch with a teacher who doesn't know what they can or cannot do. Also newer teachers don't put my son under the water enough vs who he had at first where he got really comfortable with the water. He did regress in skill and comfortablity since switching teachers because she had changed her schedule

I love the scorecard. Helps me to see the progress my child is making. Eileen does a great job updating it with notes on the improvements he's making.

We have really enjoyed all aspects of aqua tots. The only thing I wish was different is how much time the kids sit and do nothing during their lessons. I get that it will inevitably happen with a class of 4 but it is a downfall. Overall tho we really enjoy the instruction and growth
