We’ve had a wonderful experience with Aqua-Tots overall. Arya absolutely loves her coach, Shaniya, and we truly appreciate the care and encouragement she receives. All of the coaches we’ve interacted with have been fantastic.
One small area for potential improvement is the Aqua-Tots app and how progress feedback is shared, particularly as children move from beginner to intermediate and advanced levels. From our experience across Levels 5 through 7, we’ve noticed that updates in the app tend to become quite infrequent as progress naturally slows at intermediate and advanced levels. While we completely understand that this may be normal, there have been periods where we didn’t receive any feedback for several consecutive weeks via app.
It might be helpful if the app could support more consistent, qualitative updates or brief notes, even when progress is gradual. This would help parents stay informed about what skills are being practiced and how our child is progressing over time.
Overall, we’re very happy with the program and truly appreciate the dedication of the coaches. Enhancing this aspect of the app would make an already great experience even better.
The hands-on attention and training along with feedback and progress updates after each session. Our son loves swimming each week!

Staff are awesome
Coach Amy has been absolutely amazing with my son! He’s been in level 2 and she has helped him so much in swimming, but also in speech, emotional regulation, and personal growth! It’s crazy to see how much he has learned and he only just now turned 2. I love the smaller classes and the ability to adjust tasks based on where he is skills wise.

I love it there! The atmosphere, the facility, the progress my kids are making. Would be a 10 but the price isn’t affordable to a lot of people.

We have had the best experience at Aqua-Tots! Our little swimmer loves Coach Mallory! She made our transition from Level 2 to Level 3 so easy and fun! We have seen so much growth since starting swim lessons in our son’s skills and confidence in the water.
Great swimming school
We feel welcome from the minute we arrive! The staff welcomes us by name and the teachers are great with the kids. They explain things well and my swimmer is improving her skills and having fun.
Everything is awesome!!! The coaches, the front desk. Our kids love to go to aqua tots.
The people that work there are super friendly, that's the best part of the school, we are so grateful our little one loves to swim with the instructors there! Our only feedback is that many of the chairs in the waiting area need replacing and the dressing/changing rooms and toilet area, etc all need a super deep clean.
